A classic carport that suits a reno of a 1937 Queenslander.
We deliberately made sure that the carport did not dominate the gorgeous house. Its dutch gable is sized to be less than all others on the building. It is meant to compliment the new porch roof.
Unlike other carports in our examples, which are mostly arbour style, this one does have a full roof, as you can see. As a hipped version, with dutch gable, it both compliments and suits the house. As the house is lifted significantly, this carport helps reduces its potential tallness.
