Clayfield Rear Makeover
An extensive makeover of an underused and somewhat ordinary rear area. The new pool with its pavilion and a large garage really transform the space. This project had everything – heritage, DA, siting relaxation, complicated shared sewerage, huge stormwater pipe, very soft ground, drainage issues. Much interaction was needed with all consultants and the builder, to achieve a truly wonderful result. The space went from an unsafe and ugly zone to a highly functional and regularly used entertainment area, year round.
