We just wanted to say how grateful we are for your vision and abilities. As you know the Belvedere was Michael’s idea and somehow you managed to translate it into reality. He first put it to our landscape architect who immediately understood that we should speak to you.
And happily, you managed to understand exactly what Michael wanted. It took some time, talking to different designers, builders, as well as spending time at different times of the day looking at shadows, light and reviews with all involved to consider the revisions but you were so good at listening to us.
We were worried about council requirements etc but you, Kaylene and your team knew what was required and all was well. A lot of people questioned our project, but you and your team did not, and it is perfect.
You understood that we didn’t want to interfere with the neighbours. We are very grateful for that. Somehow you managed a design that is functional, beautiful and does not interfere with their privacy. Indeed, the beautiful sage colour for which we thank Kaylene really enhances the landscape. We thank you too for communicating so well with us and often pointing to features that had not quite registered with us.
We are so happy with the result and congratulate you all.
