I just thought you guys might be interested in how I believe that your good design, planning and consultation has left us with another windfall. For the last year we have enjoyed opening our electricity bills. . . for a family of 5 (3 of which are not that into turning off the lights and another who cooks every night of the week!!) in a large house with a pool, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, but no aircon, which is not required due to the thermal properties of the building and the layout of windows and louvres, . . a measly $260-$290 per quarter. My parents in law are speechless . . . they live on their own like it was still the depression and drought eras combined, but with an air con and spend over $500/quarter. So unless somehow the electrician has patched us into a neighbours supply, I’d have to put it down to the design, wouldn’t you??
