Designed originally as a luxury guesthouse, perched on the Maleny escarpment with views forever across the Glasshouse Mountains, the building even has a tower lookout! It doubles as a comfortable executive residence, on the lower level, and has hosted occasional seminars. The building sits on a significant landslip risk slope, and involved some major design interaction with many engineers. The style is distinctly modern, and a landmark along the escarpment. All rooms have a view of the Glasshouse Mountains, even the bathrooms.
