Workshop 01 Example DA

Here is the DA set for the Workshop, which was used straightaway for tinting vehicles.

This is version four of the DA.  An extensive process of negotiation was required with council, especially over access for an MRV.  Also, we underwent major altercations over access for a large rubbish truck, front loading.  The DA team was reminded that rubbish from a very light industrial use, only needed normal wheelie bins, which was confirmed by council’s own rubbish department.

We also engaged the certifiers early on to ensure all fire and accessibility matters were dealt with prior to submitting the DA.
