Major project, before 2010, and still looking great. Lifted Queenslander, extensively renewed with build-in for beds & rumpus (polished concrete). Upper has slightly revised layout, along with new bathrooms and kitchen, better utilizing original footprint. Lower is clad in flat sheet to appear monolithic and not produce an overly tall looking building.
In 2022, we revisited the property as part of a refurbishment of the front yard and included a gatehouse. Much improved with this re-focussed pedestrian access, and resurfaced pool zone.
