Something a bit different! Classic modest Queenslander cottage, transformed with a very modern rear extension, supported on exposed steel portals. The challenge of a site only 8m wide, requiring a 5m wide building, was solved with careful planning and stair design. The lovely rear yard is now better integrated by placing a pool directly adjacent to the deck.
