Duncan Pavilion + Deck
Additions at rear of lovely verandahed Queenslander. Deck totally renewed and enlarged with large curving roof. Addition is a guest and pool pavilion, cantilevered over the existing pool. It has hidden kitchens and beds, with skewed narrow plan shape so pool is still visible. Owners nearly moved into the upper level as it is so light, airy and quiet with great outlook.
