“UANDA”, a heritage listed house, designed by Nellie McCredie, a pre-war female architect, in 1927. A superb example of ‘modern’ design, presaging so much that followed on into the 1950’s. We did two projects: 1999, a modest pavilion extension with heritage conservation works on the house; 2007, increased works on the pavilion with pool & landscaping. Result: a beautiful property, protecting the heritage building. Photos are from 2011.
