The initial project brief appeared simple – to renovate a bathroom and to enclose some rather aged external stairs. The end result was far more impressive than I had hoped for. The folks at Latemore Design and Ross Stone from Prestige Building Group formed a great team. Some of the things I and the family have to enjoy in the haven in the trees:
• An excellent bathroom making full use of available space.
• A beautiful enclosed entry atrium area with feature wall and modern stairs.
• An extended lounge / entertainment room.
• An effective kitchen with free access onto the new deck and open views onto bushland.
• The house exterior given a modern look with eave extensions and awnings.
