Richards Pool + Living

A dead back yard was transformed into a fabulous pool zone, with a new ‘glasshouse’ extension on the existing house.  It really speaks for itself but here are a couple of points.

The pool shape was a good response to having to deal with a three metre wide easement across the rear of the site.  This easement contains both the sewer and stormwater pipes, so we had to ensure they were not impacted upon as well.  A cute mini-pavilion was added to both hide pool equipment and contain useful things like a powder room and outdoor shower.
