We were looking for a building designer that was heading in the direction we desired our building business to go (down the energy efficient, sustainable building design road). We met Peter and his team on a client’s home that we were renovating and extending and that they had designed. We were very impressed with their level of detail, and interest in helping us and enjoyed the high level of communication between client, designer and builder throughout the project which made the building process run smoothly. We have continued to work on many other projects with them, and enjoy their interaction and knowledge they have, as they are just as willing to learn from us as we from them. We as builders place great importance on a good relationship and communication between the client, designer and builder as this results in a happy and cohesive building process and a satisfied customer at completion. We are especially interested, like them, in using sustainability processes, and we, with Latemore Design are HIA Greensmart accredited.
