Major project – lifted (+ moved) cottage plus link to addition of similar size. Cottage is now a music space plus guest bed + study, over large garage. Link has a light filled stairwell with utilities. Addition is a large living + kitchen area over beds. The fun part is the 4m cantilever over the lap pool!
