Sustainable industrial building, for a manufacturer and installer of photo-voltaic cells. Careful software modelling ensured maximum winter solar access, with minimal summer sun. Rooves are pitched to suit PV cells. Louvres used to increase summer ventilation, along with a void to upper offices. Designer worked with owner to locate the wind turbine to best advantage. Project received multiple awards.
