An early adopter of the ‘outbuilding’ clause in BCC’s house code, which allows secondary dwellings. This cute building is everything in a small package and sits at the rear of a small lot behind a lovely cottage. It can be a bedroom, office, living, studio, and was even used as a stage for children’s performances.
